Remote, UK

Contract to Possible Hire

£5,705 – £7,132 per month


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Partner to join our global People Team. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of People/HR experience who enjoys supporting a wide range of administrative and operational tasks across the employee lifecycle. The People Operations Partner will help ensure smooth processes, accurate data, and a great employee experience while building strong foundations for scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day People Operations processes across onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes, and compliance activities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records in Workday and related systems.
  • Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and helpful manner.
  • Coordinate leaves of absence and accommodations, ensuring compliance with company processes and legal requirements.
  • Help prepare regular and ad-hoc People reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide administrative support for People policies, processes, and programs (including immigration/global mobility where needed).
  • Partner closely with People team members in the U.S., EMEA, and APAC to ensure alignment and coverage.
  • Assist in improving processes for scalability, efficiency, and employee experience.


Skills We’re Looking For

  • 3–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (Workday strongly preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR compliance and employment laws (U.S. Or international).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow within People Operations.
