Support Worker – Children’s Residential Home (EBD)

Ilkeston, Derbyshire | £24,000 – £27,000 (excluding sleep-ins) | Permanent

Do you have the passion and resilience to support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)? We are seeking Support Workers to join a dedicated residential care team in Ilkeston.

About the role:

• Provide day-to-day care and support for children with EBD, helping them feel safe, supported, and valued.
• Encourage independence, build positive relationships, and promote opportunities for personal growth.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver consistent, trauma-informed care.
• Participate in care planning, record-keeping, and liaising with external professionals.
• Take part in a rota including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

Requirements:
