Starting Salary: £25k, with commission up to 30% and no threshold

The Role:

As an associate recruitment consultant, you will play a key role in our business success. After being given full training you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle (360 recruitment), including:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates

Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels

Conducting screening calls and assessments to match candidates with suitable roles

Providing expert advice and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process

Meeting and exceeding performance targets
