About the Role

As our Talent Sourcer, you’ll be the cornerstone of our talent acquisition strategy, transforming our recruitment approach from reactive hiring to strategic talent mapping. Leveraging cutting-edge sourcing technologies and deep professional networks, you’ll proactively identify top-tier candidates and build high-calibre talent pipelines across technical and non-technical roles. Reporting into, and working in partnership with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you’ll undertake first stage screening, help coordinate seamless interview scheduling, engage with candidates and stakeholders, and support onboarding to deliver an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience.


What You’ll Be Doing

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Developing targeted sourcing strategies across multiple talent channels
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition, Senior Manager and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Leverage sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, and other databases) and use advanced search techniques (Boolean, x-ray) and community based sourcing (Discord, Kaggle etc) to identify high-potential candidates across technical, operational, and leadership functions.
  • Build and maintain high-calibre talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Proactively engage and nurture passive talent through personalised outreach and relationship-building.
  • Deliver pre-screened, qualified candidates to recruiters or hiring managers.

Candidate Coordination & Interview Scheduling

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates across multiple time zones.
  • Liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and interview participants to ensure timely and smooth scheduling.
  • Manage changes and last-minute scheduling adjustments with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.

Hiring & Onboarding

  • Collaborate with the People Partners and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition, Senior Manager, with ongoing hiring efforts and related tasks, as necessary
  • Generating actionable insights through comprehensive recruitment metrics
  • Devise and attend conferences and networking events as required


About You

Skills & Experience

  • You have 3+ years of proven experience as an ‘in-house’ Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or in a similar Talent Acquisition/People role in a fast-paced start up/scale up technology business.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, Boolean search, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies (e.g., engineering, AI roles).
  • Exceptional organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a candidate-first mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
