Interim Recruitment Administrator - Birmingham (2 Days Onsite)

Salary: Up to £30,000 (pro rata)

Start: Immediate

I am recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to provide interim support to a busy and friendly team.

This role is based onsite in Birmingham for 2 days per week.

Recruitment Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
  • Support the full recruitment cycle, including onboarding administration
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and HR records
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other documentation
  • Liaise with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function

Recruitment Administrator Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment administration
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Available to start immediately
