Interim Recruitment Administrator - Birmingham (2 Days Onsite)
Salary: Up to £30,000 (pro rata)
Start: Immediate
I am recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to provide interim support to a busy and friendly team.
This role is based onsite in Birmingham for 2 days per week.
Recruitment Administrator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Support the full recruitment cycle, including onboarding administration
- Maintain accurate recruitment and HR records
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other documentation
- Liaise with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function
Recruitment Administrator Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment administration
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Available to start immediately
