Job description

A prestigious Magic Circle firm is seeking a mid-level private equity M&A associate to join its highly successful team in London.

This will suit:

• An appropriately qualified associate from a Silver Circle firm in London seeking a step up without going to a US firm.
• A NZ or AUS qualified associate looking to move to London, with at least 4 PQE of equivalent experience and a deal sheet clearly demonstrating involvement in PE transactions.

The team has long been known to train some of the best M&A lawyers in the city and acts for a longstanding roster of financial sponsor clients across Europe and internationally.

To get exposure to a breadth of high quality M&A transactions and access best-in-class resources and support, there are few better options.
