As the practice continues to deliver award-winning venues and experiences, its EMEA studio is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join the team in Putney.


About the Role

The BIM Coordinator will collaborate closely with project teams to coordinate and deliver large-scale, complex projects and their associated BIM deliverables. The role is initially until Christmas at a minimum, with responsibilities focused on ensuring timely, compliant BIM outputs aligned with project standards and delivery milestones.


Outstanding candidates will be considered for permanent positions.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up, managing and maintaining Revit models
  • Administering the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) project hub
  • Providing training, guidance and support to architectural teams in line with best practice workflows
  • Ensuring adherence to project and office standards
  • Managing and updating the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
  • Coordinating with external consultants
  • Conducting digital coordination, including clash detection workshops and reporting
  • Overseeing the delivery of BIM project outputs
  • Implementing quality assurance and control processes within models


Key requirements include:

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or an equivalent qualification, and bring proven experience as a BIM Coordinator on medium to large projects across all stages.

  • Advanced Revit skills with the ability to problem-solve and train others
  • Experience managing projects through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • Strong track record in cross-discipline BIM coordination
  • Knowledge and experience of clash detection processes and reporting
  • Familiarity with BS EN ISO 19650 standards
  • Experience with BIM Execution Plans and enforcing project information standards
  • Proficiency in Navisworks Manage
  • Knowledge of COBie, Revizto, Rhino, Grasshopper, Ideate, DiRoots, PyRevit or Dynamo (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor team members, influence others and promote best practice
  • A self-motivated, proactive and positive approach
  • Candidates must have valid UK work authorisation, as visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
