ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Are you passionate about education, international cultures, and student support? English Path is offering an exciting internship opportunity that will immerse you in the inner workings of a dynamic English language school, supporting both our Student Services and Academic teams.
This internship is ideal for current students looking to gain hands-on experience in student engagement, academic administration, and even sales & marketing. You will be part of a supportive team, develop real-world skills, and contribute to an inclusive and globally minded organisation.
What you will do?
- Greet and assist new students during their orientation.
- Help plan and promote weekly social activities.
- Support student queries at reception and by email.
- Prepare learning materials and student certificates.
- Assist with timetable and records management.
- Create engaging content for social media and centre displays.
- Contribute to marketing efforts and community outreach.
- Work with experienced professionals across multiple departments.
What you will gain:

You will need to be:
- A student on a recognised internship or placement scheme that forms a mandatory part of your education.

- B2 level of English or above.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Confident using MS Office and quick to learn new systems.
Important Information:
- You will receive a full induction, including training on safeguarding, data protection, and health & safety.
- This is a voluntary learning experience and not a paid role.
- All tasks are non-essential and designed to support your development.
- You must have the right to volunteer in the UK; DBS checks may apply.
WORKING HOURS & BENEFITS:
- Up to 35 hours per week (flexible, to be agreed in advance).
- Interns are entitled to a 30-minute break for every 6 hours worked.
- Participants may be issued a travel card to support transport to and from their placement and reimbursed for lunch expenses up to a maximum of £7.50 per day.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- This role is a voluntary placement and not a contract of employment.
- The intern is under no obligation to attend or perform any duties.
- All placements are managed in line with EP’s Intern, Work Experience and Volunteer Policy and UK employment law.
- Interns must have the right to volunteer/work in the UK.
