What You’ll Be Doing

• Advise on a range of high-value M&A matters, including private company deals, cross-border transactions, and some public company work
• Take on a visible, client-facing role with increasing responsibility and autonomy
• Contribute to business development initiatives and help shape sector growth strategies
• Support the development of junior colleagues within a collaborative, high-performing team

What You’ll Bring

• 2–5 years’ PQE with solid experience in corporate law, particularly M&A transactions
• Ability to provide commercially sound, solution-oriented legal advice
• Confidence engaging with clients directly and working in lean deal teams
• Commitment to contributing to a supportive and high-quality team culture
