About the role:


The Kitchen Associate will provide support to the Sous Chef and Head chef in meal preparation, food storage, and unloading of food and beverage deliveries as required, serving of food as required.

The Kitchen Associate will ensure that food storage are carried out to the standard required to ensure Orri’s Food Hygiene ‘Rated 5’ is maintained, reporting any concerns or breaches in compliance to the Head Chef.


Main duties and responsibilities:


  • Level 1 Food Hygiene and COSHH certificates (training can be provided if required).
  • 12 Months + Experience within a kitchen/ meal preparation setting
  • An interest in food / catering preparation preferable.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Keen to work within a team environment.
  • Has high level of physical stamina and ability to work consistently in a busy kitchen environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
