Job description

A well established West Coast US HQ'd law firm is hiring an associate to join its fast-growing London M&A/VC practice. It is squarely focused on technology, life sciences, startups, and growth companies.

You will cover both M&A and VC matters, working closely with a reputable senior bench. The global platform delivers high quality and interesting work, ideal for building a market-leading deal sheet as an associate.

You will have at least 2-3 years of deal experience within relevant sectors, including exposure to VCs, founders and later stage tech and life science companies.
