Job description

Fantastic opportunity for a Designer with a proven experience across all touch points to join the team at a London based fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop design solutions and treatments for new campaign and content ideas, in line with the brand's creative vision and commercial ambitions, ready for pitches and presentations to senior management.

- Conduct internal and external research as an input and a testing program to measure effectiveness

- Lead the UX/UI for the platforms and the associated brand guidelines to ensure a consistent delivery of quality user experience across internal and external teams

- Lead and develop an in-house creative design team to deliver the brand's creative vision and commercial ambitions, building their capacity in their discipline

- Responsible for the creation of global offline and online brand assets from brief to launch

- Output includes website creative, digital marketing, OOH, print media, packaging and point of sale assets.

Skills & Experience

- Up to date portfolio with experience across different touchpoints in the luxury or fashion industry

- Excellent proficiency in using graphic design platform and tools, Adobe Suite proficiency is essential.

- A natural leader and confident communicator, able to inspire and influence a motivated team.

- Experience in using UX/UI would be advantageous.

- Up to date with the latest design trends.

Salary & Benefits
