Capital Actuary in London Area

Job description

We are working with a high-performing and growing business who are looking for a qualified Capital Actuary to join their team in London. This is growth position reporting into the Head of Capital. It is mixed direct and reinsurance for Lloyd's and non-Lloyd's business and also work closely with the Exposure Management and Underwriting teams.

What makes this role unique that it it is helping set up and refine processes, which means that there is a strategic element and you can see the impact that your work does. If you are bored of a 'turning the handle' capital position, this could be for you!

The ideal candidate will be a qualified capital actuary with at least 3 years of experience, and strong competency in Tyche or Igloo. Communication skills and motivation are also highly important for this role.
