SEO Specialist

At Turtl, we’re proud to partner with some of the most exciting, culture-driven businesses out there—and right now, we’re supporting Leadly in their search for a talented SEO Specialist.

If you’re passionate about making a real impact, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready for the challenge of building out an SEO department from the ground up, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

About the Role

Leadly is looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to join their fabulous team. This isn’t your average SEO role—you’ll have the autonomy to shape and grow an entire function, with the backing of a close-knit team who genuinely enjoy what they do.

Do you want to be challenged in all the right ways?

Do you want to laugh—a lot?

Do you want to work alongside a team of legends who are incredible at what they do?

If yes, this is the environment you’ve been looking for.

Why Leadly?

  • An incredible, supportive team culture
  • A monthly Good Vibes Day to reset and connect
  • Work-from-anywhere flexibility
  • Excellent base salaries + uncapped performance bonuses
  • Real ownership, fast growth, and the chance to make your mark

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with the Client Services team to implement effective SEO strategies
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify issues and opportunities
  • Drive on-page SEO best practices, including keyword research and content optimisation
  • Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest SEO trends and best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist / Manager (or similar role)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, strategies, and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and related tools
  • Analytical mindset with great problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Certification in SEO or digital marketing? That’s a bonus!

Ready to Apply?

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a forward-thinking company where your ideas won’t just be heard—they’ll shape the future.
