I’m working with a leading global financial institution seeking a Compliance professional to join their Risk & Compliance function on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. This is an exciting opportunity to lead thematic reviews, influence senior stakeholders, and drive improvements across processes, controls, and governance frameworks.

Location: London

Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 base + benefits

Contract: 12-month FTC

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver thematic reviews across multiple business lines.
• Advise senior stakeholders on findings, risks, and remediation strategies.
• Collaborate across Risk, Compliance, and Audit to strengthen control frameworks.
• Prepare high-quality reports and briefings for senior management and committees.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in risk, compliance, audit, or control advisory within financial services.
• Proven experience leading thematic reviews.
• Solid understanding of UK regulatory requirements (FCA, PRA, SMCR, etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
