Piramal Pharma Solutions is a leading global CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) providing advanced drug development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical industry .
Role: Analytical Development Scientist
Responsible for analytical method development, validation, and technical transfer.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Departmental Operations:
- ✅ Perform assigned work as agreed with the project lead and/or Analytical Development Manager. Ensure efficient use of time to complete assigned objectives ⏱.
- Maintain laboratory areas in compliance with client, regulatory GMP, and safety requirements
- Engage in compliance and continuous improvement projects.
- Provide cover for fellow Analytical Development Scientists as required.
- ♻ Promote economic use of labor, materials, energy, and services. Suggest and implement cost-saving and waste-reduction measures .
- ⚙ Identify opportunities for improved workflows to enhance efficiency, cost control, and GMP/safety performance.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
Project Delivery:
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned project deliverables.
- Take the lead on project components where appropriate, in agreement with the Analytical Development Manager.
- Plan and execute work aligned with project timelines and customer expectations.
- Support analytical method development, tech transfer, qualification, and validation activities
- Coordinate with peers for effective workload planning and timeline adherence.
- ☎ Communicate with clients professionally as required.
Essential Experience:
- ✅ Minimum 2 years analytical experience.
- Strong understanding of GMP & SHE standards.
- Solid grasp of safety practices.
- Highly developed interpersonal and team-building skills.
