Working Instructions Writer

6 months + possible extension

Remote- ad hoc Luton site attendance if required by HM

£175 day PAYE / UMB – Inside IR35


We are now looking for Working Instructions Writer to join our team!


What you'll do:


The Working Instruction Writer is responsible for developing clear and comprehensive Working Instructions intended for end users. This role involves creating step-by-step guidance that enables users to understand and execute procedures accurately.


Activities / Accountabilities


  • Develop Step-by-Step Instructions: Create clear, detailed working instructions using SAP Enable Now that guide end users through tasks and processes in a logical sequence, ensuring ease of understanding and accuracy
  • Engage with Subject Matter Experts: Collaborate with process owners and technical specialists to gather the necessary information and validate content, ensuring instructions reflect current practices and standards.
  • Review and Revise Documentation: Regularly update and improve working instructions based on feedback, process changes, or lessons learned, maintaining the relevance and accuracy of each document.
  • Ensure Regulatory and Quality Compliance: Align documentation with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, supporting audit readiness and operational integrity.
  • Standardize Document Formats: Adhere to approved templates and formatting guidelines to ensure working instructions are consistent, professional, and easy to follow across different departments or functions.


Essentials:

  • Previous experience in working instructions writing
  • Finance (Planning and budgeting, O2DC, PM&M) or Operations (Manufacturing and Warehouse, Supply Chain, Quality)
  • S/4HANA Knowledge
  • Ability to understand/work with various online IT systems / applications including Microsoft Office suite
  • Strictly follow a template to allow development of content to be produced in a consistent and uniformed manner.
  • Ability / experience to follow a project plan and be able to adhere to tight deadlines


Desired:

  • Experience in large scale S4 Hana implementations
  • Pharma experience
  • SAP Enable Now Knowledge
