Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Experience Coordinator located in London Belgravia. The role involves handling receptionist duties, managing appointment scheduling, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls with proper etiquette, responding to WhatsApp messages, maintaining up-to-date medical records, and providing compassionate communication. Additionally, the role may support executive administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
  • Understanding of Medical Terminology
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment
  • Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in healthcare administration or related field is preferred
