Our client, a respected and well-established insurance provider, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team in Abingdon. What you’ll be doing:

• Speaking with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide the right insurance solutions
• Delivering a friendly, professional service that builds trust and long-term relationships
• Handling queries, policy changes, and renewals accurately and efficiently
• Supporting customers with clear and helpful information to make confident decisions
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and ensure excellent client outcomes

Who we’re looking for:

• Previous customer service experience (insurance or financial services experience is a bonus, but not essential)
• A confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Organised, reliable, and proactive in solving problems
• Keen to learn, develop, and grow within a supportive team environment
• Motivated and positive, with a strong focus on delivering excellent service
