Clinical Pharmacist (Salaried Role, Windsor PCN)

A forward-thinking Primary Care Network in the Windsor area is looking for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join their expanding team. This is a salaried position with a competitive package of up to £59,000 per annum, offering security, development, and the chance to make a genuine impact across a diverse patient population.

The role

As a Clinical Pharmacist within the PCN, you will:

• Lead on medicines optimisation across member practices
• Deliver structured medication reviews, particularly for patients with long-term conditions or polypharmacy
• Provide safe, effective, and cost-conscious prescribing support
• Offer patient consultations in person, by phone, or video for medicines-related queries
• Support QOF, prescribing incentive schemes, and safety audits
• Collaborate with GPs, nurses, community pharmacies, care homes, and wider NHS partners

What we’re looking for

• GPhC registered Pharmacist
• Primary care experience ideal (hospital or community background considered)
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Independent Prescribing qualification desirable
