Neuropsychologist in Worcester

Linq Recruitment Specialists is looking for an Neuropsychologist in Worcester

Job description

Neuropsychologist – Worcester

Are you ready to step into a role where your expertise changes lives every single day?

We’re looking for a Neuropsychologist who wants more than “just another job.” This is your chance to take the lead in shaping cutting-edge neuropsychological care in Worcester – and be at the forefront of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

Why this role is different?

This isn’t about clocking in and out. It’s about impact. You’ll work with adults facing acquired brain injury and progressive neurological conditions, and you’ll bring clarity, hope, and a path forward where others see complexity. You’ll deliver in-depth assessments, design rehabilitation programmes, and guide interventions that help residents reclaim independence and quality of life.

And you won’t be alone. You’ll lead and inspire a team of brilliant therapists and clinicians, working shoulder-to-shoulder to provide world-class care in a truly innovative environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver complex neuropsychological assessments and interventions.
  • Develop tailored rehabilitation programmes that create real results.
  • Communicate with empathy and authority – even when conversations are challenging.
  • Provide expert advice that shapes diagnoses, treatment plans, and team decisions.
  • Mentor, guide, and supervise the Assistant Psychologist and therapy colleagues.
  • Lead with confidence, ensuring high standards across the service.

What you bring:

  • A recognised degree in Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of hands-on clinical experience, ideally with neurological conditions.
  • Proven ability to handle complex cases, make tough calls, and keep standards high.
  • Experience with acquired or traumatic brain injuries (preferred).
  • A deep understanding of the challenges faced by people with neurological problems.

What’s in it for you:

  • A competitive salary around £80,000.
  • The autonomy to shape neuropsychological care in a forward-thinking centre.
  • The chance to work in Worcester with a motivated, highly skilled team.
  • A role where you can see and feel your impact daily.

This is not the job for someone who wants to play small. But if you’re ready to use your expertise to lead, innovate, and truly make a difference – then step forward. Worcester needs you.
