Recruitment Consultant (Domiciliary)

• Location: Croydon
• Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (plus commission/bonuses)
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm), some evening & weekend -on-calls

About the Role

NextStep Nursing, we’re seeking an experienced and motivated Domiciliary Care Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering high-quality care solutions within the community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and candidates, overseeing care packages, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
• Source, recruit, and retain high-quality care staff to support community care packages.
• Match staff to service users based on skills, experience, and care needs.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding procedures, and company policies.
• Conduct regular supervisions, spot checks, and quality audits.
• Manage staff rotas and ensure continuity of care.
• Work towards agreed KPIs and targets, including growth of care packages.
• Provide on-call support as part of a rota system.

About You

• 2 years of experience working within a Healthcare recruitment setting
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong sales, business development, or client relationship management skills.
• Flexible approach – willingness to participate in working some evenings/weekends
