Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of rural estates for high-profile clients
• Conduct valuations and provide expert rural consultancy services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand clientele

Requirements

• MRICS professional qualification
• Degree-level education
• Extensive experience in the rural sector, either in private practice or as a resident agent
• Excellent research, analytical, and IT skills
• Strong commercial acumen and a hands-on approach
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Financial management skills
• Exceptional networking and sales skills
