We're Hiring: Hybrid Functional Assessor (PIP & WCA) – Reading

Role: Functional Assessor – PIP & WCA

Location: Hybrid (Reading-based)

Employment Type: Full-Time Only

Salary: £43,000 – £45,500 per annum

This is a non-treatment role where you’ll use your clinical knowledge to assess individuals and produce clear, evidence-based reports that support fair and accurate decisions. Whether working from home or in our Reading office, you’ll be part of a supportive team making a real difference.
