Naval Shipbuilding Programme | Immediate Start

Based in Portsmouth, this is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Electrical Fitters to contribute to a prestigious programme in a secure, long-term role. ⚓

PAYE Rates Local - Under 39 miles:

Standard shift

£20.10

Early shift

£23.12

PAYE Rates Local - Over 39 miles:

Standard shift

£28.10

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and test electrical systems on naval vessels

• Interpret and work from technical drawings and wiring diagrams

• Perform cable pulling, terminations, and general marine electrical tasks

• Ensure all work meets MOD standards and strict H&S compliance

✅ Requirements:

• Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship

• Experience in marine, industrial, or shipbuilding environments preferred

• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
