Senior Control Systems Engineer – Powertrain

GTS Group are looking for a Senior Control Systems Engineer to join our clients Powertrain team, working on ICE, hybrid, EV battery, and HV projects for world-class automotive and motorsport applications.

Working Conditions: Hybrid

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and validate control systems and software.
• Commission and test systems using in-house and external facilities.
• Deliver prototype and production-ready software on time and to budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality, cost, and performance goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related.
• Proven experience in automotive or motorsport control systems/software.
• Skilled in Matlab/Simulink, C++, and software validation tools.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262, ASPICE, DFMEA, and communication protocols (CAN, LIN).
• Track record of taking products from concept through to production.
