NOW HIRING: Optometrist (Twickenham, Middlesex)

Location: The Optical Gallery – Twickenham

Salary: £67,000 pro rata + bonus incentives

Hours: Full-time or part-time considered (core hours Tuesday - Friday 9am–5pm, Saturday 9am-3pm)

• A fully qualified Optometrist, GOC registered
• Confident in performing thorough eye examinations with modern diagnostic equipment (OCT, retinal photography, visual fields)
• Enthusiastic about delivering both clinical excellence and personalised patient care
• Someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit independent practice, with a fashion-forward, gallery-inspired identity
• A professional who values the balance of clinical precision with the creativity of eyewear styling

What you’ll be doing:

• Performing full eye examinations with a focus on accuracy and care (40-minute appointments)
• Using advanced technology (OCT, retinal imaging, visual field testing) to assess eye health
• Working alongside our dispensing team to ensure patients receive tailored recommendations
• Advising patients on both medical and lifestyle aspects of eye care
• Building rapport with a loyal patient base, while welcoming new clients drawn to our award-winning reputation
