NOW HIRING: Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser (Surrey / South West London Practices)

Location: The Optical Gallery – Twickenham, Chessington & Cheam

Salary: £30,000 (for 3 days a week) + 5% commission on hearing aid sales (target £3,000/month)

Hours: 3 days per week – Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Who we’re looking for:

• A qualified Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser
• Confident in hearing tests, ear wax removal, and dispensing hearing aids
• Enthusiastic, approachable, and motivated by delivering excellent patient care
• Comfortable working across three busy practices with a supportive team around you
• Someone who thrives in a close-knit, independent practice environment

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the audiology service across Twickenham, Chessington, and Cheam practices
• Performing full hearing assessments and consultations
• Providing aftercare and ongoing patient support
• Dispensing and fitting hearing aids, with follow-up service
• Carrying out safe and effective ear wax removal
• Building rapport with patients to ensure they feel confident, cared for, and heard
