Job description

Equifind is supporting a large, multi-faceted UK property investment and management platform to recruit a Fund Controller to join their London operation.


This is a dynamic and broad role, where you’ll be involved in all aspects of the business -including finance, treasury, due diligence, deal execution, structuring, and reporting while working closely with the entire senior leadership team.

Key duties include:

  • Overseeing fund administrators and outsourced advisors
  • Responsible for overseeing the build out and delivery of efficient and robust reporting
  • Managing the fund budgeting and cash forecasting process, including capital calls and distributions.
  • Oversight and management of fund and advisor payments, invoices and expenses as well as oversight of financing.
  • Supporting investment teams in new transactions and the onboarding of new investments
  • Providing input to the operational and financial initiatives within portfolio and on-going assessment of portfolio valuations
  • Contribute to key day-to-day initiatives alongside operational team


Application requirements:

  • Qualified chartered accountant (preferably audit trained)
  • A minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience, within a fund finance function (ideally private equity real estate)
  • Strong understanding of Lux GAAP
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
