Resourcer / Delivery Consultant – Recruitment

UKR was established with a mission to expand the construction talent pool. We recruit at all levels across the following disciplines:

Construction, Civil Engineering, Rail & Utilities and Logistics Management.

Are you a commercially minded, relationship-building, driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have strong stakeholder management and ideally experience in the construction, trades, or a similar sector? What will you be doing

• Resourcing candidates via database, job boards, referrals, and advertising.
• Identifying the correct candidates for roles and taking them through vetting processes and procedures
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job
• Referencing and checking workers have the correct certificates and documents to be on site
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
