The job:

As an Asset Coordinator for a leading global Entertainment client, you will play a vital supporting role within the Marketing Team. You will help manage the lifecycle of assets used in marketing, licensing, and content creation projects. This is an opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the lifecycle of creative assets—from sourcing and organisation to usage approvals—helping bring our clients storytelling to life on a global scale.


This role is a 6 month fixed term contract.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Assets: Identify, request, and gather digital assets (such as images, video, audio, artwork, and brand collateral) from internal teams and external partners as required for campaigns and projects.
  • Managing Asset Libraries: Maintain accurate records of assets within digital asset management systems, ensuring proper tagging, archiving, version control, and accessibility for internal stakeholders.
  • Creative Support: Collate and provide relevant assets and information to Marketing & Creative teams for use in promotional, marketing, and licensing materials.
  • IP Approvals: Coordinate with Legal and Brand teams to manage intellectual property approval processes, ensuring all assets meet brand and regulatory requirements before use.
  • Asset Tracking: Monitor asset usage and ensure compliance with licensing agreements, copyright restrictions, and contractual terms.
  • Documentation: Prepare and update asset inventories, approval logs, and usage reports for internal review and audit purposes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with teams across marketing, legal, creative, and external vendors to facilitate efficient asset flow.
  • Quality Assurance: Review asset quality and format to ensure readiness for use across different platforms and projects.

  • Meticulous approach to managing digital files, tracking approvals, and maintaining asset records.
  • Ability to efficiently prioritise tasks and manage multiple asset requests in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Comfortable using digital asset management platforms, cloud storage, and basic creative software; willingness to learn new tools quickly.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to anticipate team needs and potential hurdles.
  • Respectful of confidentiality and sensitive content, with an understanding of copyright and IP principles.
  • Passion for Entertainment: Genuine enthusiasm for entertainment, media, and pop culture, with an understanding of global brands and audiences.
