Blend Studios is a premium London-based production house specialising in elevated e-commerce and commercial imagery. We create content for leading brands that demand consistency, accuracy, and polish.

We’re looking for a Retoucher who is a true commercial Photoshop expert, with proven experience in product retouching. You’ll be the final checkpoint before client delivery, ensuring every image meets our premium standard.

• Retouch, colour correct, finalise, export, resize, and apply colour profiles for web, print, and e-commerce — all to Blend’s premium standard in Photoshop.
• Keep files structured and organised in Adobe Bridge and Monday.com.
• Collaborate with producers to flag risks early and action feedback quickly.
• QC every image — focus, colour, consistency — before delivery.

• At least 3 years’ commercial experience as a retoucher.
• Complete mastery of Photoshop — this is the core of the role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating product retouching experience (fashion-only folios will not be considered).
• Proven ability to handle high-volume e-commerce work at pace, without compromising quality.
• Detail-obsessed and highly organised.
• A clear communicator who collaborates to catch issues early.

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Cricklewood (NW2) studio. The nearest station is Brent Cross West (5 mins away), with direct trains to and from King’s Cross in just 15 minutes.
