Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Cannock

Location: Hybrid (3 days remote per week)

A respected and well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their Cannock office. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a diverse and engaging caseload while working for a firm known for its supportive culture, strong client base, and commitment to professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a full caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Handling new-build purchases, re-mortgages, first registrations, and lease extensions
• Acting on non-transactional matters and providing land law advice
• Completing transfers of equity and assents
• Supporting junior colleagues when required

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confident in managing a full caseload independently
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing matters
