Senior Design Lead

Contract role – Outside IR35 - rate to be discussed

Hybrid - 3x days in Central London office

6-month initial contract - you must be available to start mid October

We’re looking for a Senior Design Lead to join a forward-thinking organisation focused on delivering exceptional digital experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape user-centered design solutions that are intuitive, scalable, and impactful across a suite of enterprise products.

As a Senior Design Lead, you’ll work closely with business, product, and technical stakeholders to define and deliver best-in-class experiences. You’ll be hands-on in solving complex design challenges, mentoring design teams, and ensuring that user needs are at the heart of every decision.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in product, customer journey, and UX design
• Background in B2B2C or B2C environments
• Proven experience building new digital products from the ground up
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and optimisation
• Experience working in financial services or wealth management
