Employment Associate (3+ Month Contract, London)

A leading international law firm is seeking an Employment Associate to join its London team on a 3–6 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on the employment aspects of cross-border mergers and acquisitions
• Supporting on workforce restructuring projects
• Handling employee relations and disputes
• Advising on recruitment and severance matters
• Providing guidance on workforce classification
• Drafting and advising on restrictive covenants and related policies

Candidate Profile:

• At least 4 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law
• Strong background across both advisory and transactional matters
• Experience working with multinational clients and cross-border issues is desirable
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
