Chartered / Senior Building Surveyor

Location: Tower Bridge, London

Salary: Up to £70,000+ DOE

We are looking for a Chartered or Senior Building Surveyor who enjoys variety. Someone who can move from early stage feasibility advice to running projects through to completion and take ownership of contract administration on smaller schemes. You will work closely with a diverse mix of clients, building lasting relationships and becoming a trusted advisor. There is a clear route to partnership for those who want to take their career to the next level.


Your work will include:

• Feasibility and strategic advice that shapes client decisions

• Managing projects from start to finish

• Contract administration on smaller schemes

• Procurement advice to support successful delivery

• Project monitoring to manage progress and risk

• Opportunities to support with dilapidations, reinstatement cost assessments, expert witness work and planned preventative maintenance
