Role Overview:

As the Operational Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic workforce initiatives. You will be responsible for aligning operational capabilities with business goals, optimizing resource planning, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic workforce planning across the firm to support growth and client delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast resource needs and manage capacity.
• Drive continuous improvement across operational processes and systems.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
