Lean Specialist(Sorting) in Milton Keynes

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop a lean innovation and cost-efficiency management system for the sorting center in line with the company’s strategic goals.
2. Implement exception recovery standards to effectively reduce customer complaints.
3. Oversee cost budgeting and drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives within assigned business lines.
4. Promote on-site sorting improvements using lean tools to enhance operational efficiency and control costs.
5. Organize lean knowledge training, develop teaching materials, and promote the application of lean methodologies.
6. Ensure standardization and compliance with safety regulations in sorting operations.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of experience in logistics or manufacturing, including 3+ years in lean management or process optimization.
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
3. Proficient in lean management methodologies with practical experience in data analysis and continuous improvement.
