We're Hiring: Salesforce Administrator

Location: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Falkirk (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)

Type: Full-Time | Permanent - 12 months Fixed Term Contract

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, permissions, and data integrity
Support teams across Sales, Service, and Operations with reports, dashboards, and automation
Maintain and improve workflows, validation rules, and process builders
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
Assist with deployments and change management across the Salesforce platform
Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support and training

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Administrator Certification (or working towards it)
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation tools, and reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with tools like Flow Builder, Data Loader, and permission sets
A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
