The Role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career with a contractor that will provide hands-on training, mentoring, and exposure to the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with preparation of budgets, cost plans, and tender documentation
• Supporting procurement activities, including subcontractor enquiries and quote analysis
• Helping manage project costs, valuations, variations, and payments
• Maintaining accurate records and assisting with contract administration
• Working closely with senior surveyors and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or final year)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good IT proficiency (Excel/Word)
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Genuine interest in residential and care home construction
• Eager to learn and progress in a supportive environment
