A Top-Tier firm with a US head office is looking for a strong Junior Associate to join their leading Commercial Property team in London. This role is focused on pure real estate transactions assisting a varied client base at the most complex level.

The firm is highly regarded for the quality of their work, often with an international basis (with significant work in North America) and they regularly advise institutional investors, private equity investors and find managers. Their reputation within London is exceptional, with a balance between reasonable targets (circa 1800h) and a salary at the top of the market, making this an excellent position for a developing Solicitor from a US or Top Tier UK firm looking for their next role in the Real Estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of real estate transactions, frequently with complex cross border aspects.
• Assisting senior Solicitors and Partners with higher value matters and working collaboratively on the greater development of the team.
• Building relationships and developing a network of international clients.
• Maintaining the highest standard of care while ensuring full compliance and working to targets.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• UK Qualified Solicitor with 2 - 4 years PQE with a background working in a “big firm” environment, ideally a US, Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or comparable international firm.
• Demonstrated track record of experience in real estate transactions, handling significant matters independently or alongside senior Partners.
• Strong academics (2:1 or higher) from a reputable institution,
• Hard working personality and ability to work to targets.
• Proven attention to detail and organisational ability.
