Customer, Loan, Deposit & Operations Lead - Financial Services in City of London

Job description

My leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to manage the Customer, Loan & Deposit Operations teams. You'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the daily operational activities of a function. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, implementing efficient processes, and managing a team to deliver excellent customer service.

Alongside managing the function, you'll also be a key person in driving the transformational change in their Secured Lending (Mortgages) offering.

This is a newly created role in a fast growing business. An amazing opportunity!

The following skills / experience is essential:

• Proven background in Banking Operations
• Strong Loan administration experience
• Retail Banking experience
• Any experience with Mortgages / Secured Loans is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: Up to £60,000 + bonus + package

Location: London (good work from home options available)
