We are partnering with a global leader in the media space that continues to expand its international footprint and drive growth through innovation, investment, and strategic initiatives. They are seeking a Strategy Associate to join the strategy function and support senior leadership in shaping the future direction of the business.


The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic projects, evaluating growth opportunities, and delivering insights to leadership teams worldwide. This position offers the chance to contribute to high-impact initiatives, work closely with senior stakeholders, and shape business-critical decisions in a fast-paced, creative industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of major strategic and operational initiatives across global markets.
  • Developing business cases to underpin investments, new ventures, and strategic shifts.
  • Creating executive-level reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations across areas such as content, distribution, and monetisation.
  • Conducting market research, industry analysis, and financial modelling to identify and assess growth opportunities.
  • Partnering with M&A teams on potential acquisition targets, preparing approval documents and strategic briefings.
  • Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Marketing, and other teams to design and implement initiatives.
  • Promoting cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across the global business.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities, with advanced proficiency in Excel and a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering to demanding deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing strategic frameworks and business plans that support growth and inform decision-making.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the television, digital media, and entertainment industries, with a sound understanding of sector trends.
  • Proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
