Milk Education are proud to be working with a supportive primary school in the SK7 area who are looking to appoint a Qualified Teaching Assistant or HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) to join their team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Qualified TA or Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic, reliable and committed to helping pupils succeed. The school are seeking an HLTA who can lead targeted interventions and step in to cover PPA when required.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering small group and 1:1 interventions
• Providing whole-class cover during PPA sessions on occasion
• Supporting teaching and learning across the primary phases
• Working collaboratively with staff to create a positive and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

• A qualified Level 3, Higher Level Teaching Assistant (or equivalent experience), QTS etc.
• Previous experience covering lessons across Key Stages
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive approach and genuine passion for education
