Private Client Partner

Location: Cheltenham – flexible hybrid

Salary: £85-90,000+ BONUS

OVERVIEW

A rare opportunity to take a senior leadership role within one of the region’s foremost Private Client teams. Recognised as top-ranked in the Legal 500, the team advises high net worth individuals, business owners, rural and international clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing strategic leadership within the Private Client department
• Delivering high-quality legal advice across wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate
• Working with international clients, leveraging the firm’s expertise and global network to manage cross-border private client matters
• Driving growth through client development and networking
• Overseeing and mentoring a team of solicitors and support staff
• Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining the firm’s reputation
• Collaborating with fellow Partners to ensure firm-wide strategic goals are met

ABOUT YOU

• Qualified solicitor with extensive experience in Private Client
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• Approachable, supportive, and collaborative leadership style
• STEP qualification or active involvement in relevant professional bodies is desirable
