Winchester (4 days in the office)

Salary up to £50,000 (DOE)

We’re looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic cost management team in Winchester. You’ll work on exciting projects across education, residential, and public sectors, while progressing your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you’ll do:

• Manage costs from project inception to completion
• Prepare estimates, cost plans, and tender documents
• Advise clients on budgets, contracts, and procurement
• Provide robust cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to team success

What we’re looking for:

• Relevant degree in a quantity surveying, or similar, RICS accredited course.
• Working towards MRICS preferred but not essential
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Understanding of construction methodologies and building elements
• Sound knowledge of JCT & NEC Suite of Contracts
