Our client, a prestigious global asset management firm, is seeking a fluent French-speaking Campus Recruiter to lead early careers hiring across front office functions. This is a high-visibility role within a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment where talent is central to performance.


The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and onboarding top graduate and intern talent across investment, sales, and trading teams - primarily in London and Paris. They will act as a strategic partner to the business, delivering a world-class candidate experience while ensuring alignment with the firm’s high standards and global brand.


This role can be based anywhere across London or Europe - must have experience recruiting front-office campus professionals and fluency in French.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the full campus recruitment lifecycle for front office roles, including internships, graduate programmes, and spring weeks.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders across investment and distribution teams to define hiring needs and shape selection processes.
  • Manage relationships with top-tier universities in the UK and France, ensuring strong brand presence and engagement with high-potential students.
  • Design and execute attraction strategies, including events, campaigns, and ambassador programmes.
  • Run assessment centres and interviews, ensuring fairness, rigour, and alignment with business expectations.
  • Collaborate with global HR and DEI teams to ensure consistency, inclusivity, and innovation in early careers hiring.
  • Track and analyse recruitment data to inform strategy and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the firm with professionalism, warmth, and insight across all touchpoints.


Candidate Profile:

  • Fluent in French and English; able to operate confidently across UK and French markets.
  • Proven experience in campus or early careers recruitment, ideally within financial services or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of front office functions and the talent landscape within asset management or investment banking.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with precision.
  • Passionate about talent, diversity, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
