AutoCAD Operator | Leading Food Wholesaler | Derby

Zachary Daniels Recruitment are delighted to be supporting this foodservice wholesale leader in the appointment of an AutoCAD operator to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract.

About the role

Based in Derby and reporting to the Space Planning Manager you will assist on a pre defined project dealing with the SRM Transformation (Space, Range, and Merchandising), working independently on data entry on to existing branch plans in AutoCAD.

You will be responsible for

• Interpreting feedback from site surveys and uploading survey information into AutoCAD as defined by the project
• Follow existing department and project specific processes for document management and recording
• Being proactive in engaging with other stakeholders to obtain additional required information and seeking clarification where necessary

You will need

• Good understanding and knowledge of AutoCAD (2025)
• Ability to deliver a consistent approach with attention to detail
• The ability to work under own initiative and be self sufficient
• To create good relationships with all stakeholders using good written and verbal communication skills
