Fantastic new role for a Social Video Editor to join a start-up wellness brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and adapt performance-led video assets for paid campaigns, testing variations in hooks, pacing, and calls to action.

- Produce organic, social-native edits that feel authentic, engaging, and on-brand.

- Build and maintain templates, file structures, and asset libraries to support efficient and scalable content production.

- Keep up to date with social trends and editing styles, feeding fresh approaches into the creative process.

- Work closely with the Creative Strategist to develop and deliver assets that meet both brand and performance objectives.

- Balance speed and quality, ensuring fast-turnaround edits remain polished and platform-ready.

- Make use of AI tools to support ideation, asset creation, and delivery efficiency.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a video editor in a social and/or performance-driven environment.

- Strong portfolio of social-first work across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

- Clear understanding of direct-response editing principles for performance content.

- Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar).

- Motion design skills - confident adding graphics, titles, and simple animations to elevate

content.

- Process-oriented - able to set up and manage editing systems, templates, and file structures.

Salary & Benefits

- £40-50k

- Hybrid working, 3 days in the office

- Clear opportunity for rapid career progression as the business scales-including potential to

grow into a senior leadership role

- Ability to work from abroad for up to 3 weeks per year
