Role Overview

• Position: Corporate Associate (3–5 PQE)
• Location: London, UK
• Firm: U.S.-headquartered law firm with a strong international presence
• Practice Area: Corporate Law, focusing on M&A, private equity, and capital markets

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on complex M&A transactions, private equity deals, and capital markets offerings
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including share purchase agreements and disclosure schedules
• Conduct due diligence and manage client relationships
• Collaborate with cross-border teams to deliver seamless client service

✅ Ideal Candidate

• Qualified solicitor with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law
• Strong academic background and excellent technical legal skills
• Experience in cross-border transactions and familiarity with U.S. Legal practices is advantageous
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
